Terms and Conditions for Property Management Services

Welcome to Bullet Property Management! By using our property management services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions including following all fair housing laws for the state of Indiana. Either party may terminate the property management agreement by providing written notice according to the terms specified in the contract. If you wish to terminate the agreement, we request a notice period to ensure a smooth transition of services.

While we make every effort to provide reliable property management services, we are not liable for damages arising from events beyond our control, including acts of nature, acts of government, or tenant behavior. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services directly related to the issue at hand, except where prohibited by law.

We respect the confidentiality of our clients’ information. All personal and financial information will be kept confidential and only shared with authorized personnel or entities when necessary to fulfill our services or as required by law.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between you and Bullet Property Management, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws of IN.
