Bullet Property Management is a veteran owned and operated business that was inspired by my deployment to Kabul, Afghanistan. The company name is designed to honor my platoon of 13 soldiers, and the vitally important life lessons we all learned during that tour. The “B” in Bullet represents the number “13”, and that has become a constant reminder of our company core values. As a squad leader, I always strived to set an example by fixing the unfixable, while always finding creative solutions and handling any challenges in an expedient, professional, and calm manner. That is the approach we take every day to help you navigate your business challenges.
Nicholas Rosenberg
In 2019, I was deployed to Afghanistan with Bravo company 2-121 st Infantry brigade. My wife and I were recently married and new to Columbus. We knew this deployment would be hard on us as a new couple, so to make the best of a tough situation, we made it our goal to save up enough money while I was gone to buy our first investment property in Columbus. Before the deployment, I had been working as a commercial electrician for seven years in Georgia and had taken a similar position in Columbus. When I returned home from Afghanistan, my work as an electrician was waiting for me. While I enjoyed the hands-on work, I knew being an electrician was not my passion. In November 2019, my wife and I met our goal and bought our first investment property right here in Columbus. Purchasing that home triggered my interest in real estate. I immersed myself in everything there is to know about real estate, being an investor, and making the numbers work. I listened to countless expert podcasts and talked with others who were making a living from their real estate investments. I wanted to build a plan that would provide my growing family with passive income. I soon realized that nothing was stopping me from taking this passion and turning it into my career! In September 2020, I completed my real estate licensing, joined forces with Jeff Finke and the ReMax team in Columbus, and jumpstarted what has become Bullet Property Management.
Matthew Arp
I am the operations manager here at Bullet Property Management. I grew up in Franklin, Indiana. After college I moved to Colorado where I met my beautiful wife, Meredith. After 8 years out west we decided to come back to Indiana and start a family. We welcomed our first born Levi into the world in April of 2022. In my free time I enjoy watching and playing sports and spending time with friends and family. I spent a good majority of my 20s as a bartender, gaining the people skills necessary to succeed in property management. Then transitioned into commercial electrical work where I learned the skills necessary to manage contractors, and fix many of the common repairs that come up in residential properties. I take pride in building relationships with my tenants so they know they have someone dependable and trustworthy when it comes to their needs.
Shelby Kozachik
I am a Property Manager for Bullet Property Management. I grew up in Franklin, IN, and Graduated from Franklin Community High school in 2016. After I graduated my husband and I moved to Ft Myers FL where we enjoyed the sun for a few years before returning home in 2019 after the birth of our son in February of 2018. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my Husband and our precious children outdoors, and sneaking away for a mom and dad's day out on our boat whenever we can. Shelby has been working in property management for 3 years. She previously worked for Jaguar and Land Rover in Finance bringing grade A customer service. She started with Bullet July of 2023. Shelby takes pride in building relationships with tenants and owners and providing top of the line customer service.
